FAQ
Honest answers to common questions.
Bird control has a lot of myths around it. Here's what we actually do, and what you should expect.
Do you kill the birds?
No. We use proofing, deterrents and exclusion to keep birds off your building safely and responsibly. Bird welfare matters to us, and our methods respect bird-protection regulations.
Will one treatment solve my bird problem?
No — and be careful of anyone who promises that. Bird control is an ongoing process. We treat the problem and then return two weeks later to make sure it's working.
How bad can a bird problem really get?
Worse than most people expect. Droppings carry disease and create slip hazards, they corrode metal and damage buildings, and birds often attract secondary pests like rodents. Left alone, it gets harder and costlier to fix.
How often do I need treatment for ants and general pests?
General pests need regular attention. We usually recommend a monthly programme so they don't come back.
Do you work after hours or on public holidays?
Our hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. On public holidays we attend to emergencies and job completion only.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your site — the building, the birds or pests involved, and the access. That's why we start with a free site assessment and give you a clear, honest quote.
Which areas do you cover?
Johannesburg and Gauteng, and the broader SADC region.
