Bird control has a lot of myths around it. Here's what we actually do, and what you should expect.

No. We use proofing, deterrents and exclusion to keep birds off your building safely and responsibly. Bird welfare matters to us, and our methods respect bird-protection regulations.

No — and be careful of anyone who promises that. Bird control is an ongoing process. We treat the problem and then return two weeks later to make sure it's working.

Worse than most people expect. Droppings carry disease and create slip hazards, they corrode metal and damage buildings, and birds often attract secondary pests like rodents. Left alone, it gets harder and costlier to fix.

General pests need regular attention. We usually recommend a monthly programme so they don't come back.

Our hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. On public holidays we attend to emergencies and job completion only.
